优太新能源由蒋喆先生于2006年在香港成立，并迅速取得光伏发电技术解决方案领域的优越地位。在成立后不到一年的时间内，公司开始生产组件，在2007和2008年间出货量迅速翻了两番。2008年5月，公司在巴黎成立了优太新能源欧洲公司，以便更好地为我们的欧洲客户群提供服务，并更有效地向中东和非洲扩展。在2008年，我们还成立了测试与开发中心，以便进一步提高产品质量。2009年，我们开始了北美业务，并在旧金山成立了优太新能源美国公司总部。2009年底前，出货量达到120兆瓦，同比翻了一番。2010年公司进一步扩大，并成立了优太新能源意大利公司。
